for a long time, people have gathered them not only for their taste, but also for their healing qualities. blueberries are known to support the eyes and help with the vision, and they are rich in antioxidants that help the body stay strong.

the forest doesn't always offer big, obvious gifts. sometimes it gives a handful of blueberries - small, dark and nourishing.
